Making a purchase couldn't be easier. Just browse our releases page and click on items you wish to buy.  By clicking on the records, you will be given full details about the release and the Add To Cart button. By clicking the Add To Cart button the item will be added to the shopping basket. You can then add or remove any further items using the shopping cart in the top-right of the screen until you wish to proceed to the secure checkout. PayPal accepts all the major Credit and Debit Cards.

We're only accepting PayPal payments at the moment.

Shipping and Handling
There are no hidden costs or charges for anything you buy from us. The price you see is the price you pay.  All postage and packaging is included in the price.

All packages are sent out using first class mail (non-UK orders are sent via airmail) and in sturdy protective mailing envelopes.

Delivery Schedule
Everything on the website is in stock at all times. We try to deliver your order when possible right away. Orders should take no longer than a week for us to dispatch, mostly within 48 hours. As soon as we receive your order here you will be sent a confirmation e-mail. On the day we dispatch your order you will be sent confirmation of your orders dispatch. Items should take no longer than seven days to arrive after they are dispatched from here. To track an order you have made please e-mail us at info at distractionrecords.com.

Damaged/Returned Items
While we do our best to ensure all items are of merchandisable quality, we are occasionally supplied with mis-pressed / marked CDs and vinyl, and stuff does get damaged in the post.  If this is the case, we are happy to replace them. All we ask is that you send any damaged items back to us. There will be no extra charge for the replacements.

You have the right to right your items to our postal address at the bottom of the page within seven working days after delivery if you are not happy with your purchase, just as long as any CDs are still in their shrink-wrap and vinyl is in the same condition as it was when we sent it.

If the postman returns your package to us, we will get in touch with you straight away.

Alternative Payment Methods
We also accept concealed cash, cheques and postal orders. Simply mail info at distractionrecords dot com for details.  We are not responsible for payment lost in the mail.

Pre-orders
All items on the Distraction Records web site are available to order if you can add them to the shopping cart - this includes releases that you can add before the scheduled release date. They will be despatched as soon as we can process your order.

Checking the Status of your Order
Simply send us a mail at info at distractionrecords dot com if you want to check the status of your order - we check our e-mail every day and will respond to you immediately.
